Rep. Thomas Marino (R-PA) has introduced a piece of legislation that would  ”end the practice of including more than one subject in a single bill by requiring that each bill enacted by Congress be limited to only one subject.”

No more crazy amendments that have nothing to do with the main purpose of the bill. Like, oh, a small piece of the NDAA that allows for U.S. Citizens to be detained indefinitely.
